What TripFun does

Shows, tours, activities, and bundles that combine them. Inventory comes from show organisers and official ticket suppliers. Each product page lists performances, seat grades, what is included, and how to use the ticket.

Once you choose a product, a performance and your seats, those seats are held for you for a limited time while you complete payment. After payment we email an electronic voucher with a QR code, and you can reopen it any time from My page > Reservations. At the venue, show the QR code on the voucher to enter.

Payment is made by card, and the amount is shown in the currency displayed on the product. Ticket price, booking fee and taxes are itemised on the payment screen.

You can request a cancellation or a date change from your reservation, or contact us and we will reply by email. Cancellation and refund rules are set out on the Cancellation and Refund Policy page.
